After Pay
This is through our After Pay service and we have no control over the approval. If you are approved, you will be redirected back to the invoice to pay.
Agent Instructions
Always inform the customer that the down payment is fixed at 25% of the total amount when using After Pay.
Ensure that After Pay is selected in the invoice so the customer can proceed through the approval and payment process.
Agent Script Example
"I understand that the price may seem high. With our After Pay service, you can make a 25% down payment today and spread the remaining amount over four easy installments. Whether you're booking a ride setup or arranging delivery services, this allows you to manage your payments more flexibly without any additional costs. Please note that approval is required, and once approved, you'll be redirected back to your invoice to complete the payment."
