How it Works:
"Here’s how After pay works:

1. Choose After pay: When you receive your invoice or when you book your service, you can select After pay as your payment method at checkout.
2. Quick Approval Process: Once you select Afterpay, you’ll go through a quick approval process. If approved, you’ll be directed back to the invoice to finish setting up your payments.
3. 25% Due Today: The first payment, which is 25% of the total, will be due today. After that, the remaining 75% will be split into three additional payments, due every two weeks.
4. Pay Over Time: After your initial payment, Afterpay will automatically deduct the remaining payments every two weeks, over the next six weeks.
5. No Interest: There’s no interest or hidden fees, as long as you make the payments on time.
6. Payment Schedule: After you sign up, Afterpay will provide a clear schedule showing when each of the remaining
7. payments is due. You’ll receive notifications for each upcoming payment so you can stay on track."

Important Notes About After pay:

• Prepaid Cards Not Accepted: Please note that After pay does not accept prepaid cards. If you attempt to use one, After pay will deny the transaction and you will need to choose a different payment method.
• Approval Process: If you're approved, you’ll be sent back to your invoice to complete your payment setup. You’ll then be able to split the total into four easy installments.

Example to Explain Payments to Customer:
"Let’s say your total invoice amount is $200. With After pay, the first payment of $50 (which is 25% of the total) will be due today. Then, the remaining $150 will be split into three equal payments of $50 each, due every two weeks. So, you’ll pay $50 today, then $50 every two weeks for the next six weeks. After you’re approved, you’ll receive a payment schedule from After pay, showing you the dates each payment is due. You’ll also get reminders for each payment, so you don’t miss anything."

How to Use Afterpay on the Invoice:

1. Visit the Afterpay Website or App: Go to the Afterpay site or open the app.
2. Enter Your Invoice Amount: Use the total amount due from the invoice to make your payment.
3. Choose Afterpay: Select Afterpay as your payment method, and you’ll automatically be guided through the process.
4. Manage Your Payments: Afterpay will handle your payments automatically, splitting them into four interest-free installments.
