Step 1: Sending Your Booking Details

After completing the reservation form, an email will automatically open with pre-filled booking details:

  • Confirm the details and send the email.
  • The "To" field will already have our email: [email protected].

Step 2: Invoice and Payment Process

You’ll receive an invoice with a detailed breakdown, including:

  • Service details, including round trips or additional journeys.
  • Sales tax applied to all sales.

Step 3: Payment and Approval

After payment, your booking moves to the approval stage:

  • We’ll confirm availability and send a final confirmation via email or text.
  • Ensure your phone number and email are accurate.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds unless we are unable to provide the requested services. If a refund is provided, please allow up to 7 days for processing. In some cases, the refund may be processed more quickly after submission. Please note that we do not have a way to expedite the refund process.
