What every Call Care agent must do

Always check the Bling links for all updates before you act.We do make changes. Sometimes same-day. Don’t assume yesterday’s info is still correct.

Go through every Bling link and get comfortable with all the tools.You should know where things live — payouts, pricing, driver info, forms, etc.

Need help doing something in Square? Watch a YouTube video as a step-by-step how-to guide.Use YouTube for basic “how do I do this in Square?” questions before you ask lead.

Before you send an invoice: check with the driver first.Make sure the trip is correct, the miles are correct, the stops are correct. No surprise invoices.

Tell the driver what they’re getting paid.Use the Driver Payout link in Bling. That link shows what the driver is owed. Confirm it with them before you lock it in.

Be professional with riders and drivers at all times.You are representing Call Care on every call, every text, every message.
