Independent Driver, Vehicle, Traffic, Accident, and Compliance Agreement

I understand that submitting this application creates a pending driver account and does not guarantee approval, ride assignments, earnings, or any specific amount of work. United Taxi Services will review the application and required documents before activation.

I am responsible for providing and maintaining the vehicle I use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and except where United Taxi Services has accepted responsibility in a separate written agreement, United Taxi Services is not responsible for my vehicle purchase, loan, lease, depreciation, ordinary wear, repairs, maintenance, tires, brakes, oil changes, cleaning, towing, roadside assistance, fuel, charging, registration, insurance premiums, deductibles, or other vehicle operating expenses.

I am responsible for obeying traffic and parking laws and for operating the vehicle safely. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, United Taxi Services is not responsible for speeding tickets, parking tickets, moving violations, toll violations, camera citations, fines, penalties, impound charges, license consequences, or similar costs caused by my conduct, parking, vehicle condition, or legal noncompliance.

I understand that accidents, injuries, property damage, insurance claims, deductibles, and vehicle damage will be handled according to applicable law, the facts of the incident, and available insurance coverage. Nothing in this agreement removes a legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived.

I must maintain a valid driver license, current registration, active insurance appropriate for the work performed, and a safe vehicle. I must immediately report any suspension, cancellation, expiration, accident, material vehicle change, or other condition affecting my legal ability to drive. United Taxi Services may pause or deactivate my account when required information is missing, expired, inaccurate, or not verified.

I consent to GPS location sharing while I am online, receiving a ride offer, traveling to a passenger, transporting a passenger, or completing an assigned ride. I understand that customer access is limited to the assigned ride and ends after the ride is completed or canceled.

I certify that every answer and uploaded document is accurate, current, complete, and belongs to me or the vehicle listed in this application. False, altered, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial, suspension, or permanent deactivation.
