Cancellation Policy Agreement and Signature

Ride Cancellation and No Refund Policy: After transportation service has been paid for, payments are nonrefundable unless United Taxi Services cannot provide the service. If the customer cancels, misses the pickup time, gives incorrect pickup or drop off information, does not answer dispatch or the driver, or is not ready when the driver arrives, the paid ride amount may be forfeited. When United Taxi Services cannot provide the service, the paid value may be applied as a credit toward a future ride of equal distance, subject to confirmation by dispatch.
