Cancellation Policy Agreement and Signature

Ride Cancellation and No Refund Policy: After transportation service has been paid for, payments are nonrefundable unless United Taxi Services cannot provide the service. If the customer cancels, misses the pickup time, gives incorrect pickup or drop off information, does not answer dispatch or the driver, or is not ready when the driver arrives, the paid ride amount may be forfeited. When United Taxi Services cannot provide the service, the paid value may be applied as a credit toward a future ride of equal distance, subject to confirmation by dispatch.

Local pricing applies when every ride location is in Canton, North Canton, or Massillon, Ohio. A pickup, drop off, or extra stop outside that area uses $2.00 per mile and a $25.00 out of area service fee. The $10.00 booking fee is waived when the verified route is 10.0 miles or less. The $5.00 platform fee and the estimated Stripe processing fee are included in the checkout total.
