Release of Liability: I release and discharge United Taxi Services and its affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur while performing my duties, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Assumption of Responsibility: I accept full responsibility for any traffic violations, fines, vehicle repairs, and maintenance costs incurred while working. 4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Taxi Services and its affiliates from any claims, actions, or expenses arising from my employment. 5. Insurance Certification: I certify that I have valid commercial auto insurance for my vehicle and will maintain this coverage during my employment. 6. Understanding and Acceptance: I have read and understand this Waiver of Liability and sign it voluntarily, releasing all claims against United Taxi Services. *
