Riding Safely: Our Commitment to Safe Journeys and Respectful Behavior
Always Wear Your Seat Belt
The seat belt is a life-saving device. It can significantly reduce the risk of injury or death during sudden brakes or accidents.
Both front and back passengers should always buckle up.
Behavior and Refund Policy
- Respect between drivers and passengers is crucial.
- Violent, aggressive, or distracting behavior is a major safety hazard.
- Providers can terminate the ride immediately for inappropriate behavior.
- No refunds if the ride is terminated due to the customer's inappropriate behavior.
- Once payment is made, no cancellations are allowed.
- Refunds are only given when the service is 100% unable to be provided.
- If a ride is in progress or you're already in the car, no refunds for cancellations.
Prohibition of Smoking, Drugs, and Drinking in Cars
In line with Ohio's laws and our commitment to safety, the use of drugs inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
This applies to both drivers and passengers to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the ride without a refund.
Additional Runs During a Trip
Prices for extra runs during a trip can range between $15–$20, depending on the trip locations.
All additional costs must be paid by debit card, as drivers do not handle cash.
