  1. Go to the "More" tab on our website or app.
  2. Select the "BOOK RIDE" option—it’s the first tab.
  3. Click to proceed to the booking page.



Step 2: Providing Essential InformationOnce you’re on the booking page, accuracy is key. Complete all required fields with your most up-to-date details, including:
  • Contact Information: Ensure your email and phone number are correct.
  • Trip Details: Include your pickup and drop-off locations, as well as any special instructions.
Accurate information ensures that your ride is booked under the correct name and contact details.



Step 3: Sending Your Booking DetailsAfter completing the form, an email will automatically open with your booking details pre-filled. Simply:
  1. Confirm the details in the email.
  2. Send the email to us—our email address will already be in the "To" field.
Upon receiving your booking, we’ll review the details and prepare an invoice for you.

Step 4: Invoice and Payment ProcessWe’ll send your invoice directly to your email and cell phone, making it easy to review the charges. Here’s what you need to know:
  • Nominal Fee: A 5-cent processing charge is included in your invoice.
  • Detailed Breakdown: Your invoice will clearly list all services, including round trips or additional journeys.
Tip: Ensure your phone number and email are accurate for seamless communication.



Step 5: Payment and ApprovalOnce your payment is submitted, your booking will move to the approval stage. During this step:
  • We assess the request to confirm availability.
  • You’ll receive a final confirmation via email or text.
